We gather each Sunday at 11:00 am for worship by singing hymns, hearing readings from the bible, praying together and a celebration of Holy Communion. Communion is the spiritual bread our bodies need to live. All are invited to join us at the Lord's table to be fed by his heavenly food, There are no strangers in God’s house, and if you choose to worship with us, we would be honored by your presence. Introduction to todays service. The prophet Jeremiah speaks of the incurable wound of his suffering yet finds in God’s words the delight of his heart. When Peter doesn’t grasp Jesus’ words about suffering, Jesus tells the disciples they will find their lives in losing them. Such sacrificial love is described by Paul when he urges us to associate with the lowly and not repay evil with evil. In worship we gather as a community that we might offer ourselves for the sake of our suffering world. -

ATRC is a 501(c)3 non-profit agency and has 3 Professional Association for Therapeutic Horsemanship Certified instructors. Additionally, physical, occupational, speech and mental health therapists are often involved, either hands on or acting as consultants. Our Mission Appalachian Therapeutic Riding Center provides therapeutic horseback riding and non-mounted individualized programs for people with physical, cognitive and/or emotional challenges in a safe, structured environment.
