"What is this Souper Bowl Sunday?" , You say. Bring to church one can of soup per person to represent your family. For example: Bill/Susan = 2 cans. But if you want to "Souper-Size" your giving, you may include the following: Your pets(chickens and sheep may be included) Your children in home or "out of the nest") Your grandchildren A special person you want to remember someone near and dear to your heart, a shut-in, someone with an illness or in need of prayer) Proceeds will go to Reconciliation House to help feed those in need. Thank you for your support! *If you forget to bring your cans on this date, you will have an opportunity to give the next Sunday. Last year (2025) we collected 74 cans. Lets make a difference this year! -

We gather each Sunday at 11:00 am for worship by singing hymns, hearing readings from the bible, praying together and a celebration of Holy Communion. Communion is the spiritual bread our bodies need to live. All are invited to join us at the Lord's table to be fed by his heavenly food, There are no strangers in God’s house, and if you choose to worship with us, we would be honored by your presence. Introduction -Light shines in the darkness for the upright, the psalmist sings. Isaiah declares that when we loose the bonds of injustice and share our bread with the hungry, the light breaks forth like the dawn. In another passage from the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus, the light of the world, calls his followers to let the light of their good works shine before others. Through baptism we are sent into the world to shine with the light of Christ.
